Larger-sized, the Tools series is good for all stoves, including induction and ceramic.
The Tools sauté pan is made of compound materials, which are ideal for use in cookware. The steel surface is durable and easy to care for. The inner aluminum core between the steel layers conducts heat well, ensuring that food is heated evenly and rapidly. Outer surface is satin finish steel and inner surface is ball blasted steel.
Uncoated pans need oil or butter prior to use. Always cool a hot pan completely before washing. Let the pan dry upside down. Metal tools may be used with care, but might cause scratches to the surface. Appearing of scratches, heat stains and discoloration after use is possible, but they are only visual changes and don’t effect on functionality or safety.
